Contracts

We offer you the choice of entering either a Flexible Contract or a Prime Contract.

Flexible Contract
If you choose a flexible contract with us, then grain availability is guaranteed. Pricing is conducted by mutual agreement within the framework of a contract.

Amongst the sectors that choose this option are bakers, breakfast cereal manufacturers, foodservice operators, pig and chicken producers, retailers for meat production, food manufacturers, pet food manufacturers and bio fuels companies.

Prime Contract
If you take out a Prime Contract with us you experience a close relationship with the specific farmer who grows your grain.

They grow to your exact specifications, offering a guaranteed supply with provenance and traceability.

Partnership pricing
In return for a minimum price commitment, we guarantee a maximum price.

Backed by contracts with growers
When you make a fixed contract with us, we match your requirements with a grower and then contract with them so they are equally committed.

Added grower incentives arrive in the form of rewards for the best producers at annual awards ceremonies with the winners earning the right to grow higher tonnages.

This form of contract is suitable for bakers, who need a guaranteed supply of a certain variety, retailers who need to know the provenance of the grain, or for bio fuel producers who need a long-term grain supply guarantee.
